Rules and Regulations

Cancellation Policy

• First, canceling more than 120 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur no charges.
• Second, canceling between 72 and 120 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a penalty of 30% of the rental fee.
• Third, canceling between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a penalty of 50% of the rental fee.
• Fourth, canceling between 0 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a penalty of 80% of the rental fee.
• Fifth, after the scheduled pickup time, cancellations are not allowed, and the full prepaid rental fee will be charged. Returning the vehicle early will not result in a refund of the remaining rental days.
• Finally, refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment account.

Modification Policy

• First, Driver Information Modification
• Please contact our staff to update or change the driver’s information before pickup.
• Second, Pickup Time Modification
• Please contact our staff before pickup to confirm vehicle availability and modify the pickup time.
• Third, Return Time Modification
• Shortening the rental period before pickup will follow the cancellation policy for the reduced rental days. To extend the rental period before or after pickup, please contact our staff to confirm vehicle availability. The return time will be updated, and additional rental fees will be calculated based on system prices. Shortening the rental period after pickup due to customer reasons will not result in a refund for the canceled days.
• Fourth, Pickup/Return Location Modification
• Please contact our staff before pickup to confirm vehicle availability and modify the pickup/return location. After pickup, only the return location can be modified. Cross-city returns will incur additional fees.
• Fifth, Vehicle Model Modification
• Please contact our staff before pickup to confirm vehicle availability and modify the vehicle model.
• Sixth, due to the specific nature of vehicle resources, please contact our staff in advance for any order changes. Any additional fees will be charged, and refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment account.
• Seventh, limited-time offers and special rental deals are subject to availability. Please contact customer service in advance to check if changes are possible. If changes are not possible, we appreciate your understanding.

Required Documents for Pickup

• First, Valid Domestic Driver’s License
• The driver must have a C2 or higher license (drivers with less than one year of driving experience are recommended to drive Type B vehicles). The license must be valid beyond the return date.
• Second, Valid Identification Document
• Domestic customers: Second-generation ID card
• Hong Kong and Macao customers: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit)
• Taiwan customers: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (Taiwan Compatriot Permit)
• Foreign customers: Passport and visa/residence permit
• Third, Driver’s Credit Card
• A valid credit card issued by a domestic bank with a minimum available credit limit of CNY 15,000 for pre-authorization/deposit.

Deposit Pre-Authorization

• First, at the time of vehicle pickup, a pre-authorization for the rental deposit will be placed on the driver’s credit card. The credit card must be under the driver’s name with a minimum available credit limit of CNY 15,000. For rental periods exceeding 20 days, the deposit must be provided as a charge.
• Second, to verify if there are any traffic violations during the rental period, a deposit of CNY 5,000 will be pre-authorized on the credit card at the time of vehicle return.
• Third, the pre-authorized amount for traffic violations will be held for approximately 30 working days and then automatically released, subject to the issuing bank’s policies.
• Fourth, cash deposits are not accepted.

Vehicle Cleaning Fee

• First, a cleaning fee of CNY 100-150 will be charged online for exterior and interior cleaning and disinfection.
• Second, additional cleaning fees of CNY 100 per item will be charged for the following conditions:
• Uncleaned black water tank or dirty portable toilet
• Uncleaned refrigerator or dirty refrigerator
• Noticeable new stains on the mattress
• Presence of pets
• Please ensure the black water tank, toilet, and refrigerator are clean before returning the vehicle.
• Third, unauthorized advertising or stickers on the vehicle are prohibited. Any damage to existing decals will result in a CNY 500 compensation fee, and the vehicle may be recalled early.

• First, complete paperwork at the counter.
• Second, provide credit card for security deposit.
• Third, sign rental contract.
• Fourth, learn how to use the RV.
